The Interference Series invites you to officially celebrate our new theater space with a cosmic spectacle! We have been partnering with FlagShakes since December of 2024 to renovate the Beaver Street Theater. Now the space is ready for an official intergalactic celebration! Join us for our 8th annual tribute to the life and work of composer, pianist, bandleader, philosopher, and astral traveler Sun Ra (aka Herman “Sonny” Blount). The evening will include a multimedia concert of music, visuals, movement, and poetry, featuring an all-star cast of local artists—plus refreshments! Help us celebrate our new home in the cosmos with the music of Sun Ra! Reserve your spot now in this always-popular annual tradition!
